Privacy policy

Your information deserves care.

How this website handles your information and how to contact us with a privacy question.

About this notice

This notice covers the website of BUSY BRAIN SUPPORT AND EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION, Nigeria, RC 7238031. For privacy enquiries, contact contact@busybrainfoundation.org.

Contact form and email enquiries

The contact form prepares an email link on your device. It does not send form entries to a website backend or save them in browser storage. The draft opens only when you choose “Open email app.” You must review and send it using your email provider.

If you email us, the foundation receives the name, email address, organization details, subject, message, and attachments you choose to share. Your email provider also handles the message under its own privacy terms.

How information is used

Information provided in an enquiry is used to understand and respond to your request, discuss volunteering or partnerships, and maintain relevant correspondence. Do not send sensitive financial details, identity documents, or information about children through the general enquiry form.

Cookies, analytics, and hosting

This website does not set advertising cookies or include analytics trackers. Form content is not saved to local storage. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Email links and external websites operate under their providers’ terms.

Sharing and retention

We aim to restrict access to correspondence to those who need it to handle the enquiry or meet an appropriate obligation. We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be processed through service providers used for email or hosting, or disclosed where required by applicable law.

Enquiry records should be kept only for as long as needed for their purpose and relevant obligations. A fixed retention period is not specified here.

Your choices

You can choose not to use the form and contact us directly. You may ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern by emailing the official address. Requests will be considered in line with applicable requirements and any legitimate need to retain records.

Children’s privacy

This website does not ask children to register or submit personal information. A parent, guardian, or appropriate adult should initiate enquiries involving a child and share only what is necessary.
